President Zelensky stated that several briefings on the work of the negotiating team were provided by Rustem Umerov.

Noting that in Germany preparations are continuing for the work of the military group focused on the details of security guarantees for Ukraine, Zelensky said: “This group is headed by Lieutenant General Hnatov; representatives of our armed forces, intelligence units, and security services are also involved in the process.”

Zelensky added that the working group in the United States on the economy, reconstruction, and investment began its work this morning and will continue its efforts to achieve a good outcome, saying:

“On our side, this group is led by Prime Minister Svyrydenko, Deputy Prime Minister Kachka, and Minister Sobolev, together with the participation of experts. The third line of work consists of online contacts between National Security Advisors and discussions conducted with all participants appointed in accordance with the decisions of the leaders.”
