Zelensky: Ukrainian Marines are carrying out their duties with determination for the country's independence
Kyiv, May 23 (Hibya)- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in his message marking Ukrainian Marines Day, highlighted the role of soldiers on the front line and thanked them for their sacrifice and resistance.
Ukrainian President Zelensky published a message on the occasion of Ukrainian Marines Day.
In his message, Zelensky emphasized the critical role of the Ukrainian Marines in the country’s defense, stating that the determination, endurance, and fighting spirit displayed by soldiers on the front lines have produced important results for Ukraine.
Highlighting the marines’ commitment to defending Ukraine’s territory and fighting against occupying forces, Zelensky noted that the struggle for the country’s independence comes at a high cost.
Zelensky also stated that they honor the soldiers who lost their lives in the conflicts and are proud of all those continuing their duties, while congratulating them on Ukrainian Marines Day.
