Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared details regarding the duration of the attacks, their impact on civilian infrastructure, and military data in his statement.

Referring to the damage in the Dnipro region, Zelensky said, “Russia’s nighttime attack on Dnipro and the region lasted more than six hours. A missile strike damaged an apartment block, while other civilian infrastructure was also heavily affected. The attack also targeted energy facilities and residential buildings across the region.”

Drawing attention to the UAV attacks in Odesa and the ship that was targeted, Zelensky stated, “UAVs also struck Odesa, and one of the UAVs hit a Chinese ship. It was impossible for the Russians not to know which ship was at sea.”

Addressing the overall destruction and injuries across the country, Zelensky said, “Overall, destruction was recorded in eight regions, and so far dozens of people, including children, have been reported injured across the country.”
