Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys offered his condolences to the people of Ukraine.

Sharing details about his visit, Budrys said, “Today at the Embassy of Ukraine in Lithuania, I signed the Book of Condolences on behalf of the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to express my deepest sympathies regarding Russia’s latest major attack on Ukraine and the tragic loss of Ukrainian civilian lives.”

Emphasizing support for Ukraine and the importance of justice, Budrys stated, “Lithuania stands with Ukraine. We must help Ukraine defeat the aggressor.”

Stressing accountability, Budrys added, “The perpetrators of every horrific act of terror must be brought to justice.”
