Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

This new requirement will affect people from many countries who are eligible to visit the US for up to 90 days without a visa, as long as they complete the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) form.

Analysts say the new plan could create an obstacle for potential visitors or harm their digital rights.

The US expects a major influx of foreign tourists next year, as it will co-host the men's FIFA World Cup with Canada and Mexico and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

The proposal document was submitted by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

US media reported that the document was published in the Federal Register, the official journal of the US government.

The document states that “the data element will require ESTA applicants to provide social media accounts from the past five years,” but gives no further details on what specific information will be requested.

The new document also proposes collecting phone numbers and email addresses the applicant used in the past five and ten years, as well as additional information about family members.

The text references an executive order issued by Trump in January titled “Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other Threats to National Security and Public Safety.”
