Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, speaking online together with his Romanian counterpart Toiu Oana at the “Rebuilding Ukraine Forum: Security, Opportunities, Investment”, made statements regarding peace efforts and security issues.

In his speech, Minister Sybiha said: “Ukraine has viable proposals for the pathway toward achieving lasting peace. In the near future, we should expect new dynamics in the peace process, including at the level of leaders. Full diplomatic mobilization is required.”

Sybiha noted that Russia has intensified its attacks: “This winter, Russia has escalated its terror against our people; it is conducting various actions, including frontline assaults and strikes against our port infrastructure.”

Emphasizing the strategic importance of the Black Sea, Sybiha said: “The Black Sea cannot be a grey zone of Russian influence. It is a strategic artery for global trade, energy security, and food supply; it is not Russia’s playground.”

Highlighting the presence of allies in the Black Sea, Sybiha added: “Expanding the presence of our allies in the Black Sea is critical for future security infrastructure and security guarantees. We need clarity on security guarantees for a lasting peace agreement. We must re-establish Black Sea security as an integral part of Europe’s security architecture.”
