Kallas: We need to develop Europe’s military capabilities
Brussels, 11 December (Hibya) – EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice-President Kaja Kallas said that Europe must rapidly develop its military capabilities.
EU High Representative and Commission Vice-President Kallas stated that Europe needs to swiftly enhance its military capabilities.
Emphasizing that strengthening Europe’s defence and supporting Ukraine are not separate processes but mutually reinforcing priorities, Kallas said:
“Today’s meeting with my counterparts from France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom once again confirmed our joint determination to make progress on both fronts.”
