US forces rerouted 62 commercial vessels as part of Iran blockade
Washington, August 14 (Hibya) - The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement regarding operations carried out as part of the blockade against Iran.

CENTCOM said in its statement that US Navy personnel directed an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter conducting nighttime flight operations from the guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59).
According to the statement, as of August 14, CENTCOM forces had rerouted 62 commercial vessels, disabled 3 vessels and raided 2 vessels to ensure compliance with the blockade rules.
