Rome, September 23 (Hibya) - Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said that with the final approval of the sustainable nuclear energy law, Italy is making a historic choice and looking to the future with a pragmatic approach.

Tajani said that Forza Italia has believed from the outset that old ideological prejudices should be left behind and that nuclear energy should once again be included in the national energy mix.
Stating that Italy needs to become more independent and competitive, Tajani said, “We want a more independent and competitive Italy, capable of guaranteeing safe and affordable energy for families and businesses.”
