North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski stated that he condemned the attack on the Jewish community building and synagogue in Skopje on Easter day.

Expressing his reaction to the attack, Mucunski said, “The arson attack carried out on Easter day against the Jewish community building and synagogue in Skopje is absolutely unacceptable and is strongly condemned. There is no place for such actions in Macedonia.”

Emphasizing that they will follow the legal process, Mucunski said, “The investigation is ongoing and those responsible will be held accountable.”

Highlighting tolerance, Mucunski stated, “Our society is committed to tolerance and multi-ethnic coexistence.”
