Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said in a social media post that some individuals were inciting against Israel and spreading messages of hatred.

Minister Katz stated in his post, “At the same time, our soldiers are fighting the Hamas terrorist organization. We are fighting an organization that massacred, raped, burned, and murdered Jewish children, women, and the elderly on October 7.”

Katz explained the question that should be asked to anyone supporting such statements as follows: “Is this humane in his eyes? Is this morality?”

Minister Katz also stated that he expects major clubs and organizations to clearly declare that they do not support incitement and terrorism, emphasizing in particular that respected clubs such as FC Barcelona should distance themselves from such remarks.
