Healey: Russia and Iran cooperate through sharing military technology
London, March 26 (Hibya) - UK Defence Secretary John Healey emphasized that allies will not allow their attention to be diverted and that support for Ukraine will continue with determination, highlighting military cooperation between Russia and Iran.
UK Defence Secretary John Healey made a statement regarding Russia's global security strategies and its regional alliances.
Referring to Russia's strategic objectives, Healey said: "Putin wants to distract our attention. We will not allow that."
Pointing to military ties between Russia and Iran, Healey stated: "Russia and Iran are working together through the sharing of tactics, training, and technology."
Regarding the UK's stance, Healey said: "We will not take our eyes off the Russian threat and will continue to stand with Ukraine."
