Bermudez: Together we defend the social achievements of the Cuban Revolution
Havana, August 27 (Hibya) - Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez said more than 1.5 million children and young people across the country will return to classes on September 1.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez thanked Cuba's Ministry of Education, local authorities, educators and families, saying they had witnessed preparations at schools.
Responding to claims that the country is experiencing a collapse, Bermudez emphasized that more than 1.5 million students will return to their classrooms.
Bermudez concluded his statement by saying, “Today we witnessed the preparations. Together we defend the social achievements of the Cuban Revolution.”
