Araghchi holds a series of diplomatic talks
Tehran, February 4 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi held diplomatic talks by phone with his counterparts.
According to a statement by Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi exchanged views with Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi on bilateral relations and regional developments, expressing appreciation for Oman’s mediation efforts aimed at preserving peace and security in the region.
Minister Araghchi also spoke with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. During the call, the latest regional developments were discussed, and Turkey’s efforts and mediation initiatives to reduce tensions and maintain regional peace and security were welcomed.
Araghchi additionally held talks with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, expressing appreciation for the diplomatic efforts and initiatives of regional countries, including Qatar, to safeguard regional stability and security. The ministers emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and close coordination among regional countries to achieve the shared goal of peace and stability.
