Zelensky: Good results were achieved at the Yaroslavl oil refinery
Kyiv, Aug. 7 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he had received a detailed report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapatyi, on the situation at the front and the ongoing operations.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the meeting focused in particular on the defense of Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk and the Donetsk region as a whole.
Zelensky expressed his gratitude to all units repelling Russian attacks, preventing infiltration attempts and neutralizing occupying forces, emphasizing that they know how to strengthen that sector.
Zelensky also said they discussed long-range strike missions aimed at reducing Russia's ability to continue the war, stating: "Good results were achieved at the Yaroslavl oil refinery. We are continuing the relevant operations."
Referring to contacts regarding air defense and missile supplies, Zelensky concluded: "Mykhailo also spoke about his work on ballistic missile defense capabilities and his communication with the American side. We are working at every level to secure air defense missile packages."
