Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to CCTV, UN Secretary-General Guterres announced that a special task force has been formed to address the risks posed by potential disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz to humanitarian aid and agricultural supply chains.

The statement noted that following the February 28 attacks by the United States and Israel against Iran, Iran has effectively blocked this critical maritime route through which about one-fifth of global oil shipments and nearly one-third of global fertilizer trade pass.

UN Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric emphasized that disruptions in maritime trade could have serious consequences, particularly for humanitarian aid and agricultural production.

The task force will be led by UN official Jorge Moreira da Silva and will include institutions such as UNCTAD, the International Maritime Organization, and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Ali Bahreini, stated that safe passage for ships carrying humanitarian aid will be supported.
