UAE to establish committee to document damages from Iranian attacks
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced that a national committee will be established to document the damages caused by Iran’s attacks and use them in legal proceedings.
According to Al Jazeera, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced that it will establish a national committee to document the damages caused by Iran’s attacks during the conflict process in the Middle East.
The statement said that the comprehensive documentation file to be prepared would support the legal initiatives the UAE will pursue at both national and international levels.
It was noted that airports, energy facilities, and some major infrastructure points were targeted in Iran’s attacks on the Gulf region. UAE officials reported that the country had been subjected to more than 2,800 drone and missile attacks from Iran.
The UAE had requested compensation from Iran last month for the damages caused by the attacks.
