Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha thanked Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide for his support.

In his statement, Sybiha argued that Russia’s missile attacks on Ukrainian cities demonstrate that the Moscow administration has no intention of ending the war. Claiming that Russia is targeting civilians, Sybiha said this is because it has failed to break Ukraine’s resistance on the battlefield.

Referring to Norway’s support for Ukraine, Sybiha stated that the government in Oslo stands by Ukraine in line with the principles of international law, justice, and peace, and expressed his gratitude to Norway.
