Doha, May 28 (Hibya) - Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani held a phone call with Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.

During the conversation, cooperation relations between the two countries and steps to strengthen these relations were discussed.
The talks also addressed Pakistan’s mediation efforts between the United States and Iran.
The Qatari side emphasized the importance of all parties taking a positive approach toward the ongoing mediation initiatives, stating that this could pave the way for dialogue and peaceful solutions to address the root causes of the crisis.
