Lula said, “We have already approved the Anti-Gang Law. We are equipping 138 prisons so they can reach the highest level of security.”
Stating that they had demonstrated through “Operation Hidden Carbon” that organized crime can be fought, Lula said, “With the approval of the Constitutional Amendment Proposal on Public Security Policy, we will structure an integrated security policy in cooperation with states and municipalities.”
