Lahbib met with Rwandan President Kagame
Brussels, February 19 (Hibya) – European Union (EU) Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib held a meeting with Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Lahbib expressed her satisfaction at meeting with Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
Stating that they discussed urgent issues in the Great Lakes region and the path toward lasting peace, Lahbib said, “We agreed to seek joint solutions to deliver humanitarian aid to those in need.”
Lahbib emphasized that aid workers must be able to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
