Jerusalem, July 22 (Hibya) - Israeli President Isaac Herzog held a phone call with Peru's President-elect Keiko Fujimori, expressing his hope for further strengthening relations between the two countries.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog held a telephone conversation with Peru's President-elect Keiko Fujimori.
Herzog said he congratulated Fujimori on her election victory and expressed his desire to work with Peru's new leader to strengthen relations between Israel and Peru, adding that bilateral ties could be elevated to a new level.
During the conversation, Fujimori invited Herzog to visit Peru, while Herzog invited her to visit Israel.
Herzog wished Fujimori success during her term in office.
