In a statement from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), information was provided regarding operations carried out in the northern Gaza Strip.

The statement said, “IDF forces identified armed individuals operating near the yellow line in accordance with the agreement.”

The briefing added, “The individuals were neutralized by an airstrike, thereby eliminating the threat against IDF forces.”

The statement also noted, “Other individuals operating in the southern Gaza Strip and reportedly transporting combat equipment were also targeted during the day.”

It was stated that measures were taken to avoid harming civilians before the strike, adding, “Precision munitions were used and aerial surveillance was conducted.”

The IDF reported that units stationed in the area continue their activities to eliminate all threats.
