Costa: You worked for a stronger, safer and more prosperous EU
Brussels, June 30 (Hibya) - European Council President Antonio Costa provided information on the progress achieved and the work carried out over the past six months under the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which ended on June 30.
European Council President Antonio Costa thanked Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Christodoulides for his efforts during the EU Council Presidency to achieve concrete results for a stronger, safer and more prosperous European Union.
Referring to the performance and achievements during the presidency, Costa told Nikos Christodoulides: "Today, as this term comes to an end, I would like to thank you for the significant progress achieved over the past six months."
Highlighting the work carried out, Costa said: "You worked incredibly hard to achieve concrete results for a stronger, safer and more prosperous European Union."
