Budrys: We had an open discussion on Lithuania-Vatican relations
Vilnius, June 26 (Hibya) - Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys held talks on relations with the Vatican and international developments.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys met in Vilnius with Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States and International Organizations.
Budrys said, “We had an open and constructive discussion on Lithuania-Vatican relations and current geopolitical issues.”
Referring also to Pope Leo XIV, Budrys stated, “I express my deep appreciation to the Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, for his support for a just and lasting peace in Ukraine and beyond.”
