Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa extended his condolences following the death of Norway’s King Harald V, offering his sympathies to the Royal Family, the Norwegian government and the Norwegian people, and saying that they shared the people’s grief during this period.

In his message of condolence, Syrian President al-Sharaa said, “On the passing of His Majesty King Harald V, I extend my sincerest condolences to the Royal Family, the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Norway.”

Continuing his statement and emphasizing solidarity with the Norwegian people, al-Sharaa said, “At this difficult time, we share the grief of the Norwegian people and extend our heartfelt condolences to Norway and its people.”
