Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared details of his meeting with the US representatives, stating that planning for a visit to Ukraine is ongoing and that the current situation on the battlefield was discussed.

Referring to the nature of the meeting and the planned visit, Zelensky said, "I had a good meeting with President Trump's representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. It was a detailed and constructive discussion. Importantly, the dialogue between the US and Ukrainian negotiating teams is ongoing, and we are now discussing dates for a visit to Ukraine. Such a trip would be extremely useful in developing solutions for peace."

Drawing attention to developments on the battlefield, Zelensky said, "I also informed them about the situation on the battlefield and the attacks, where Russia's gains are limited and come at the cost of heavy losses. Steve and Jared know many of the details."

Emphasizing that the teams would remain in contact, Zelensky concluded, "Our teams will remain in close contact to determine the agenda and the most suitable schedule for further communication. I thank President Trump, Steve and Jared, and everyone in the United States who is working to make peace our shared achievement."
