Moscow, September 30 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova claimed that the personnel shortage in the Ukrainian army had reached critical levels.

Zakharova said, “The Ukrainian army is facing a catastrophic personnel shortage. Kyiv understands that no number of drones will help if there are no people.”
Zakharova also said that local social media sources were claiming that the Ukrainian authorities, under the direction of their European allies, were preparing to mobilize women as well.
