Yeşilgöz-Zegerius: We are building strong armed forces that protect our allies
Amsterdam, August 14 (Hibya) - Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius commented on the threat of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack in Leipzig and growing security risks.
Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius drew attention to a new generation of security threats and the measures to be taken against them.
Describing the developments as concerning, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said: “Reports of a possible drone attack in Leipzig are worrying. Our adversaries are constantly finding new ways to attack us.”
Pointing to the need to increase defense capacity and strengthen alliance ties, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said: “We must be prepared for this. That is why we are building strong armed forces that protect the Netherlands and our allies.”
