Ukrainian Foreign Ministry: The world has seen what Russia really is
Kyiv, April 3 (Hibya) - Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement on the 1,500th day of the large-scale war launched by Russia against Ukraine, calling on the international community to increase pressure on Russia and continue defense support for Ukraine.
Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement on the situation on the ground and Russia’s strategic losses on the 1,500th day of the war.
The ministry emphasized that Moscow had moved away from its initial goals and become isolated internationally.
The statement issued by the ministry said:
"Today marks the 1,500th day since Russia launched its full-scale war against Ukraine. What Moscow expected to be a quick victory has turned into a long and costly failure. Instead of achieving its goals, Russia has only deepened its losses and isolation."
The statement went on to criticize Russia’s military methods, adding the following call: "The world has seen what Russia really is: a terrorist state. The only answer to this is unity, sustained pressure, and continued defense support for Ukraine."
