Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha meets with Barrot
Paris, March 26 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that he met with France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot, during the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held under the French Presidency.
Noting that they held a comprehensive discussion on the battlefield situation and defense support, Sybiha said, "Ukraine’s war experience is a strategic asset. We are developing cost-effective technologies and can neutralize up to 90 percent of aerial threats."
Minister Sybiha also stated that Russia continues to suffer heavy losses, adding:
"We also focused on concrete steps toward Ukraine’s EU membership, strengthening sanctions pressure on Russia (including additional restrictions on maritime services and tightening measures against the ‘shadow fleet’), and advancing the EU’s 20th sanctions package."
