Ukrainian and Bulgarian Foreign Ministers Held Talks
Kyiv, 6 December (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha discussed Russia’s attacks and bilateral cooperation with his Bulgarian counterpart Georgi Gueorguiev.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha held a phone call with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Gueorguiev. During the conversation, Sybiha provided information about the consequences of Russia’s large-scale attacks targeting Ukraine’s civilian and energy infrastructure.
The parties assessed the latest developments in peace efforts and discussed steps to advance bilateral cooperation. Sybiha thanked Bulgaria for supporting Ukraine’s bid for European Union membership and for its contribution to transporting gas to Ukraine via Bulgaria.
