Ukraine: Civilians killed in attacks in Sumy and Odesa
Kyiv, June 22 (Hibya) - Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that civilians were targeted in Russian attacks carried out in the Sumy region.
According to a statement by Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a 36-year-old father and his 13-year-old son were killed in an attack on a house in Sumy, while another 10-year-old child was injured. It was also reported that a 73-year-old woman, a member of the family, lost her life.
The ministry stated that during the same attacks in the region, a 13-year-old girl was seriously injured and placed in intensive care, while her 31-year-old mother was also wounded.
The statement also noted that one person was killed and three others were injured in an attack on an agricultural enterprise in the Odesa region. The ministry said the attacks targeted civilians and civilian infrastructure and called on the international community to increase pressure on Russia.
