Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that since the fall of the Assad regime, Ukraine has supported the new Syrian government and the Syrian people in the country's recovery, peace and development, and commented on the decision taken by the United States.

Highlighting the positive effects of the decision on the Syrian economy, Sybiha said the move would boost economic progress, attract investment to the country and support Syria's integration into the regional and global economy.
