Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Sybiha said the logistics centre had so far delivered more than 1,600 tonnes of humanitarian supplies, approximately 100 trucks, 150 vehicles intended for medical evacuation and generators with a combined capacity of 2,000 kilowatts to Ukraine. He highlighted the importance of the volunteers' work.

Noting that Ukraine was preparing for a difficult wartime winter and that Russian attacks on energy infrastructure were intensifying, Sybiha called on friends of Ukraine in Finland and Ukrainians living there to join the “Warmth for Ukraine” initiative. He said solidarity efforts last winter had provided significant support to communities in Ukraine and emphasized the importance of delivering assistance this year, particularly to frontline regions where needs were greater.

Sybiha presented the “Golden Heart” award, bestowed by the President of Ukraine, to the association's chairman Vasyl Hutsul, and the “Amber Heart” special distinction of Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to volunteer centre coordinator Serhiy Shevchenko.

Thanking the Finnish people, Sybiha said, “I sincerely thank every Finnish citizen who stands with Ukraine and turns compassion into action by donating, delivering humanitarian supplies and vehicles directly to Ukraine, and even travelling to the front line to support our soldiers.” Sybiha said Finland's solidarity helped Ukraine defend its freedom and its people endure the hardships of war. “You give us hope and remind us that Ukraine is not alone,” he stated.
