Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha published a congratulatory message on the occasion of Manuel Tovar assuming office as Costa Rica’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship.
In his message, Minister Sybiha stated, “I wish my new colleague great success in this important position. I hope we will work together to strengthen the friendship between Ukraine and Costa Rica and promote cooperation in areas of mutual interest.”
