Madrid, November 3 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, met with Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer Gonzalez Colon to discuss the unifying role of the Spanish language between two continents.
