Saidov: We continue to strengthen our partnership with the United Kingdom
London, February 27 (Hibya) – Uzbek Foreign Minister Bahtiyor Saidov met with UK government officials and business representatives in London to discuss goals for developing trade and investment projects between the two countries.
Uzbek Foreign Minister Bahtiyor Saidov met with UK Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy and representatives of leading British companies during an official reception held in London.
Representatives from companies such as Rio Tinto, Rolls-Royce, International Hospitals Group, and Intertek, which operate in the finance, industry, infrastructure, and health sectors, participated in the event.
Minister Saidov emphasized the importance of this platform in strengthening direct dialogue with the British private sector, stating, "This meeting served as an effective platform for developing concrete plans to expand our mutual trade and investment projects."
