Saar: Serbs are true friends of Israel and the Jewish people
Jerusalem, June 22 (Hibya) - Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said he was pleased to host Zeljka Cvijanovic, the Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Jerusalem, stating that Serbs are true friends of Israel and the Jewish people.

Referring to the content of the meeting and the relations between the two peoples, Saar said: "We discussed the importance of the ongoing and deepening ties between our peoples."
Saar noted that the situation of religious minorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina was also discussed, concluding his statement by saying: "We also addressed the need to protect Christian minorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serbs are true friends of Israel and the Jewish people!"
