Qatari Foreign Minister Al-Thani speaks with Angolan counterpart Antonio
Doha, January 10 (Hibya) – Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, held a phone call with Angola’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tete Antonio.
Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Al-Thani held a telephone conversation on Saturday with Angolan Foreign Minister Antonio.
During the call, the two sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries and also addressed support for peaceful solutions between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Rwanda.
Reaffirming Qatar’s position, Al-Thani stressed that conflicts should be resolved through dialogue and peaceful means, noting that respect for international law principles would strengthen stability, global peace and security.
