Netanyahu: We will continue our struggle against our enemies
Jerusalem, October 5 (Hibya) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking at the state memorial ceremony for those killed in the October 7 attacks, offered condolences to those who lost loved ones in the attack and said Israel would continue its struggle against its enemies.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at a state ceremony held in memory of those killed in the October 7 attacks and the acts of heroism shown during the attacks.
Netanyahu said the pain of those who lost loved ones in the attacks was the pain of the entire country, adding, “Your pain is the nation’s pain. I know the emptiness that has opened inside you. Everything reminds us of our loved ones: the empty chair at the table, a favorite dish, a moving song. We will keep alive the memory of everyone who lost their life.”
Netanyahu said Israel would be strengthened in memory of those who lost their lives, adding, “In their name and for their memory, we will continue our struggle against our enemies without pause, continuously strengthen our state and build our homeland from generation to generation.”
Netanyahu said they would stand by the wounded, adding, “We will embrace those who were wounded in body and spirit. We will embrace them with a prayer rising from deep within us so that they may find comfort and healing.”
