Zelenski: Our future lies first and foremost in our people and future generations
Kyiv, October 5 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski said he presented state awards to educators on Education Workers’ Day, noting that teachers and those working in education shape the country’s future.
Zelenski congratulated all teachers and those working in Ukraine’s education system.
Emphasizing the important role educators play in raising future generations, Zelenski said, “I wanted to congratulate everyone who truly shapes our future, the future of Ukraine. Our future lies first and foremost in our people, in our future generations.”
Zelenski said he hopes children will be able to return to normal education as soon as possible with peace, security and a guaranteed future, adding that they continue to work toward this goal.
