Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar issued a congratulatory message to his counterpart on his new appointment.

Sharing his good wishes, Saar said: “I extend my congratulations and best wishes to Mr. James Pitia Morgan on his appointment as South Sudan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.”

Referring to the ties between the two countries, Saar said: “With your proven leadership and friendship demonstrated in your previous roles, I am confident that the already excellent relations between our countries will deepen further.”

Expressing his wish to meet, Saar added: “I look forward to meeting you soon in Jerusalem.”
