Tehran, March 31 (Hibya) - Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baqaei said at the weekly press conference held on Monday that the Iranian Parliament is considering the country’s withdrawal from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
According to CCTV, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baqaei said that the Iranian Parliament is considering the country’s withdrawal from the NPT.
Baqaei stated that Iran has never aimed to develop nuclear weapons and has no such intention, emphasizing that the country’s position on banning the production of weapons of mass destruction is clear.
