IDF raids home of perpetrator behind Gush Junction attack
Jerusalem, June 1 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that troops raided the home of the attacker in Hebron following the attack at Gush Junction in which three civilians were injured.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out an operation following the "ramming attack" in which three Israeli civilians were injured at Gush Junction.
According to an IDF statement, troops from the Yehuda Brigade operated overnight in the city of Hebron, where the attacker resided.
The statement said that as part of the operation, the attacker’s home was raided and suspects believed to be close associates of the attacker were questioned.
The IDF stated: "The Yehuda and Shomron Division continues its activities to prevent terrorism and protect the citizens of the State of Israel."
