IDF: Hezbollah drone attack near Lebanese border
Jerusalem, May 1 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that Hezbollah launched an explosive-laden unmanned aerial vehicle toward the northern region, and the incident was assessed as a violation of the ceasefire.
The IDF reported that an explosive-laden unmanned aerial vehicle was detected in the northern region near the Lebanese border.
The statement said the drone was launched by Hezbollah and fell in the area, adding that security forces have launched an investigation following the incident.
The IDF stated that the incident is considered a violation of the ceasefire agreement and that the investigation is ongoing.
