Foreign ministers of Pakistan and Canada discuss developments
Islamabad, April 14 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Canada’s Foreign Minister Anita Anand held a phone call to discuss recent regional developments.
During the call held last night between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Canadian Foreign Minister Anand, views were exchanged on recent developments, including the ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran within the framework of the Islamabad talks.
It was noted that Anand appreciated Pakistan’s role in facilitating the dialogue process, while Dar emphasized the importance of all parties adhering to the ceasefire and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to supporting dialogue and diplomacy. Both leaders agreed to remain in contact.
