First session of the People's Assembly held in Damascus
Damascus, July 12 (Hibya) – The first session of Syria's People's Assembly was held in the capital, Damascus.
According to a statement by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the first session of the People's Assembly in Damascus was held with the participation of Ahmed al-Sha'ar, Head of the Presidential Court.
The statement added that the session was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates As'ad Hassan al-Shaibani, Interior Minister Anas Khattab, Justice Minister Mazhar al-Wais, and the heads of numerous diplomatic delegations.
