According to a statement from Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishak Dar discussed the latest regional developments, including the situation along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, with Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

Dar provided information regarding Pakistan's firm response to Afghanistan's unprovoked aggression, stating that Pakistan's Armed Forces are carrying out successful and targeted operations under the 'Ghazb lil Haq Operation' to protect the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The leaders reaffirmed the importance of peace and stability in the region and agreed to remain in close contact.
