Bukele: Our helicopters in Haiti have not carried out any missions yet
San Salvador, October 31 (Hibya) - El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele responded to a report published about operations in Haiti, stating that his country's attack helicopters have not yet carried out any missions.
El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele stated that his country's mission in Haiti has no bombs and that no aerial bombardments have been conducted.
Bukele said that the attack helicopters arrived in Haiti only on October 29, a development documented through images and videos shared by the media and on social media. Pointing out that the report in question had been published one day before the helicopters arrived, Bukele noted that the helicopters had not been used in any mission to date.
President Bukele accused some non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of spreading false information, claiming that these organizations exert influence over international organizations.
